  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 8 pieces Tostada shells
  • 1 cup Refried beans (optional)
  • 2 cups Shredded lettuce
  • 2 medium Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 pieces Lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and ground black pepper.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before shredding it with two forks.
