Ingredients

  • 50 grams Breadcrumbs

  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese slices
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 100 grams Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices Tomato slices
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties about 1-inch thick.
