  • 500 g Minced chicken
  • 150 g Mozzarella cheese (cut into small cubes)
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 50 g All-purpose flour
  • 2 pieces Egg
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (minced)
  • 2 pieces Green chilies (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 500 ml Oil (for deep frying)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken, minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well to form a cohesive dough-like consistency.

Step 2

Take a small portion of the chicken mixture (about the size of a golf ball). Flatten it slightly in your palm and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center.

Carefully wrap the chicken mixture around the cheese, ensuring it is fully enclosed. Roll it into a smooth ball. Repeat this process with the remaining chicken mixture and cheese cubes.

Set up a coating station: place the all-purpose flour on one plate, beat the eggs in a shallow bowl, and spread the breadcrumbs on another plate.
