  • 1.5 cups Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 pieces Pre-made pie crusts
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting into bite-sized pieces.
