Ingredients

  • 500 grams Boneless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 2 teaspoons Chaat masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 Green chili, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Tamarind chutney
  • 2 tablespoons Mint chutney
  • 2 tablespoons Plain yogurt
  • 0.5 cup Sev (crispy chickpea noodles)
  • 0.25 cup Pomegranate seeds (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the boneless chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Add the cumin seeds to the hot oil and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.

Step 4

Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, followed by turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until fully cooked and golden brown.
