  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 pepper Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 0.5 cup Additional mayonnaise (for chipotle mayo)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, eggs, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the ingredients until well combined. If the mixture feels too wet, add a little more panko breadcrumbs; if too dry, add a small amount of mayonnaise.
