Ingredients

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.75 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Step 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, sour cream, cream cheese, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until well combined and creamy.

Step 4

Add the cooked pasta and shredded chicken to the bowl with the sauce. Toss until the pasta and chicken are evenly coated.

Step 5

Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out in an even layer.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the pasta mixture, followed by the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.
