Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground chicken
  • 60 grams bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 medium avocado
  • 150 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium red onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 whole burger buns
  • 4 leaves lettuce

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Divide the chicken mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with olive oil. Cook the chicken patties for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
