Ingredients

  • 500 grams Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 300 grams Broccoli florets

  • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin bite-sized strips and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water until smooth to create the stir-fry sauce. Set aside.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.

Once the oil is hot, add the chicken strips in a single layer. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
