Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips or bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, 0.5 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper. Stir until smooth and set aside.
