Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 300 g Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cooked white rice
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Step 3

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. In a large skillet over medium heat, lightly season the chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat.
