Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, water, and honey to create the stir-fry sauce. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and lightly browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
