Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 4 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
