  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup chicken broth

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, sear the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
