Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
