  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 cup Sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh basil leaves, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
