  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

In a small bowl, mix the honey, lemon juice, and dried lavender. Stir well to allow the lavender to infuse into the honey mixture.
