  • 4 pieces chicken breasts

Directions

Step 1

Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves. Set them aside for later use.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
