  • 0.5 cup Chicken stock
  • 1 ounce, finely chopped Bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon Honey

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer the chicken to a plate and keep warm.
