Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, canned or jarred

  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
