Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
