Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 large lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds. Grate the cucumber using a box grater and set aside.

Step 4

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
