Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons, drained Capers
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
