Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C). Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside on a plate.
