Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.33 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and ground paprika.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
