  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 cup Lump crab meat
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (chopped, fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Using a sharp knife, cut a slit horizontally along the side of each chicken breast to create a pocket. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
