  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese
  • 12 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic reduction (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
