Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 12 ounces Bow tie pasta (farfalle)

  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1.5 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1.5 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
