Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 6 pieces Bacon strips
  • 6 pieces Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 medium Tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Ranch dressing (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

Step 3

In the same skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.

Step 4
