  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (grated)
  • 3 stalks Green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Cabbage (finely shredded)
  • 40 pieces Dumpling wrappers
  • 1 cup Water (for sealing wrappers)
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil (for pan-frying)
  • 0.25 cup Water (for steaming in pan-frying method)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, green onions, and shredded cabbage. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Step 2

Prepare a clean surface to assemble dumplings. Place one dumpling wrapper in your palm and add about 1 teaspoon of the chicken filling into the center of the wrapper.

Dip your finger in the cup of water and lightly wet the edges of the dumpling wrapper.
