  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place each chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, pound the chicken to about 1/4-inch thickness.
