  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese slices
  • 8 slices Bacon strips
  • 4 whole Burger buns
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 8 slices Pickles
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a round patty about 1/2 inch thick.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken patties for 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden brown and fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
