Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 large ripe avocado, diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, 0.5 teaspoon salt, and black pepper on both sides.

Cook the chicken breasts in the heated skillet for about 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F). Set aside to rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
