Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside to rest.
