Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2

Add diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the chicken breasts to the pot and season with salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika.
