  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Mixed greens or spinach
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy. This will be the avocado spread.
