Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

Step 2

Wash the asparagus and trim off the tough ends. Cut the asparagus into 2-inch pieces.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set the sauce aside.

Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
