  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound Asparagus

  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and cut the stalks into 2-inch pieces. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with 0.5 teaspoons of salt and 0.25 teaspoons of black pepper. Sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
