  • 3 cups Chicken stock
  • 1 cup Dry white wine (optional)
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1.5 pounds Baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat a large oven-safe casserole dish or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil.
