Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 4 cups Fresh spinach
  • 12 ounces Egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and let rest before slicing into thin strips.

While the chicken is cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining the noodles.
