  • 500 grams ground chicken
  • 150 grams fresh spinach
  • 80 grams breadcrumbs
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 unit large egg
  • 60 milliliters milk
  • 2 unit garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan with a bit of olive oil or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
