  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and the Italian seasoning. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet, let it cool slightly, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
