  • 8 pieces Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the boneless, skinless chicken thighs into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

Trim the scallions, removing the root ends, and cut them into 1.5-inch segments.

In a medium bowl, prepare the marinade by combining soy sauce, olive oil, honey, finely minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
