  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken thighs on both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
