Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 4 pieces Pita bread
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
