  • 3 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Red wine (dry)
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped) Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Lightly coat the chicken breasts in all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess.

Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
