  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.

Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
