  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 ounces White mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
