  • 12 ounces white mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Dredge the chicken in the all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess.
