  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts in a large pot of water, bring to a boil, and cook until fully cooked, about 10 minutes. Remove the chicken, shred it into bite-sized pieces, and set aside.
